When and where I went to H S it was not unusual for all the pickups to have full gun racks in the back window. MY ‘53 F100 had a 15 shot semi-auto .22, a lever action .30-.30 and a 5 shot pump 12 gauge. West Texas was a great place to grow up in, our football wasn’t bad either.
