So how DID Joanie’s Daughter grow up to be such a self-centered, no talent twit? And why would she endure the raving idiocy of Uncle Stupidhead, not to mention forcing HER daughter to put up with him as well?

JJ abandoned her daughter for a worthless sleazebag!!

Yeah, it was a totally suffocating marriage. Until she met Uncle Stupidhead, she didn’t know what an authentic, liberated life could be.

Things sort of move along at a natural pace once you get the hang of the dynamics and chemistry. Sort of like watching a dog fight. Just stay out of the way and separate them when they get tired. (Not “Dog Fighting”, just mutts in the dog park acting up.)

Looks like my first marriage but no kids.

Isn’t “Rugrats” a show for kids Alex claims to be older than? Maybe the Beanie Baby’s was an appropriate gift after all

Now they’re dressed for the time of year. Earlier they were dressed like it was summer.

Note that as usual, JJ is missing the point – it’s all about HER. Alex wasn’t central to a “totally suffocating marriage.” I always wished that Mike had pointed out to JJ that she was so focused on what SHE wants, in re: to him, to Alex, to everything- that that was what tanked the marriage.
