My dog is generally a sniffee, not a sniffer. I don’t really know why. I have seen other dogs sniff her until her hind legs are off the ground, and she just stands there and takes it, but she will rarely sniff back. She won’t tell me why, but my best guess is that she has such a highly developed nose due to both being a beagle and a champion hunter that she doesn’t need to sniff bums.

Rover! What a dog. At least he gave Red advanced warning to future encounters!

Among the differences between Red and Rover – Red doesn’t like butt-sniffing or sharing a pool with the Mintz Twins.

Wouldn’t it be good if Red and Rover then met 101 dalmatians?
