I wonder who the mayor of that town is.

A small town can house a shop, but with the internet, they can sell to the whole world!

I lived in Brown County, they had virtually no zoning laws. You can put a sign in your yard, and call yourself whatever business you chose. The only ones that will look into it are the tax auditors.
