Their Citation CJ2+ only has a range of 1509 nm or 1736 miles. Not nearly enough range to fly from the mainland to anywhere in Hawai’i. Time to borrow Dana’s jet that flew them on the ski trip.

Great, a destination wedding during a pandemic when most people are not going to have the money to travel. Sounds like a great way to pare down your guest list.

Most weddings have been a way to show the couples’ local community their vows, their promises—the honeymoon became the vacation someplace else. People are fascinating!

They shouldn’t get married in Hawaii. Flying Marcus’ enormous extended family out there will cost more than the national budget of Canada.

That is a terrible idea! Even if people could afford the air fare and hotel, they would still have to take several days off work. Don’t expect people to use their vacation time for your personal events. A wedding should involve ONE day for the guests.

That would be so unfair for the guests unable to afford the trip.

No, no, have the wedding there where the family is … and HONEYMOON in Hawaii (where they aren’t).
