A hard-put family. In one place while everything else spins out of control.

You’d better stick together, Sterling will grow up….heaven knows how THAT will turn out.

As the years go by, Sterling is going to be in need of constant mentoring!

I see mom getting grey hair quite early…..

I was surprised not to see a little “scritch” of the costume- it must’ve molded to him by now. Or whatever’s in that cup (he’s holding so dear) has made him mellow to the scratchiness.

They’ll pull it together for Monday’s strip.

Sterling needs his own strip.

Twice in my childhood a sibling set fire to my favorite stuffed animal. Two different sibs, two different stuffies..

You kids are doing just fine, hang in there!

That could have been disastrous for the witch if they tried to put it out with water!

The put-together Wizard of Oz family… in fire fighting bunker gear.

Ummm…Dad, you KNOW you’re made of straw…and fire….bad…POOF…Dad is Cinder…ella…

This is incredibly sweet. And makes her obsession with this make more sense.

And, let’s be honest, that’s more important anyway. :)

It could have been worse. It could have been a bag of… something else.
