It’s pretty big. I bet it still took him hours to notice it.

Even with my shop-vac attached to my Miter saw or table saw, I still get sawdust and wood chips on me. Wish I had an attachment for my circle saw and drill press.

I’ve always known what it meant to have a chip on one’s shoulder. What I did not know was the origin of the phrase, so I looked it up. Once again, I have learned something from GC.

The last ones on my shoulder (and everywhere else)was sawdust from the chainsaw after cutting tree limbs.

He must have just come from his wood shop in the basement (or maybe the garage). My grandpa used to build furniture in his garage – I still have an end table that he built many years ago.

I wonder if Julia Child or Martha Stewart ever got a chocolate chip on their shoulder.

And freshly sawn lumber is a favorite scent.
