You mean the Lassie program wasn’t a documentary?

Now we know why Lassie was played by more than one dog!

Ironically, while Timmy never actually fell down a well, Lassie herself did, at least once.

Ah, question answered.

I love the panel where Red is partly covering his eyes with his hands whereas Rover is completely covering his eyes with his ears.

I think Timmy was kind of a klutz, lol!

You just can’t take that Timmy anywhere!

They need to put a leash on Timmy and let lassie walk him. Yip yip yip yip yip

How many times DID Timmy fall down the well?

Maybe, just maybe they might have a learning experience from this episode. LOL

I was never able to bring myself to watch Lassie. In any movie or show with a dog, I wouldn’t watch it if the dog would ever be in jeopardy.

I guess I should change what I say to my dog when she’s acting hinky. “What’s, wrong, did Timmy fall in a well again?” isn’t acceptable if Timmy never fell in a well. Then again, my dog doesn’t understand the concept of language, so maybe I can continue to pull it off.

Love the way Rover covers his eyes with his ears… too cute.

Timmy never did fall down a well. In fact, the only character that ever fell down a well was Lassie.
