If Muslims celebrated one of their “Holy” days with six weeks of light pollution and other garishness I know an Arkload of “Christians” who would be up in arms and threatening to pass laws. But it’s OK for THEM to do it. Freedom of religion should also include freedom FROM religion.

I can relate. Back in Late October I went to the big box store for something Autumn related. Couldn’t find it ‘cause the Christmas displays had replaced it’s usual location.

Putting up my St. Patrick’s Day decor this weekend!

It’s a community service to leave your Christmas lights up till April. The neighbors can give more accurate directions to their house. “Yeah, I’m three house to the left of the moron who still has his Christmas lights up.”Ooooh my heart fills with joy when I think how much I help others.

I know people who never took theirs down last year.…and really, putting decorations up while the weather is still half-decent isn’t such a bad idea.

Near where I live, smart people are taking advantage of unseasonably mild weather to put them up. I just hope they wait a while to turn them on.
