The brat is ill informed. Hobbits and Frost Giants do meet. There was a Hobbit thief in my group when we tackled AD&D module G2 “Glacial Rift of the Frost Giant Jarl” back in the days.
50 cm isn’t very tall and after doing the math equals 19.69 inches tall. Sounds more like one of Dennis McKiernan’s Pysks than a hobbit, unless it was a hobbit child…
