Yikes; they should be getting agreement of the parents, not the children. When I was six, I got to take home the classroom rats at the end of our experiment in comparative feeding, but only because my parents were the only ones willing to house them.
Wanda needs to send a note to kids’ teachers at the start of the year: If my kids volunteer me or anyone in the family for anything, it is not approved.

Relax, Wanda. Chameleons can’t truly become invisible. They merely alter their colors and patterns in order to blend in their surrounding.
