What has a bird flu epidemic got to do with inflation? Shortage of turkeys was due to that epidemic.

I expect that anyone who decided to not buy a turkey because of the cost wasn’t going to buy one anyway.

So glad Cathy didn’t buy a whole turkey this year. Instead, she got a big piece of dark for me and light for her. And then here came the mashed potatoes and the dressing.

Oh, Scott, you have somehow missed the news about the avian flu causing record deaths this year of wild birds and poultry (domestic turkey’s are included in the poultry category).
