I remember stubble being a big fashion thing for a couple weeks.

I wonder if the whole stubble thing had its genesis in the original Miami Vice show with Don Johnson and men trying to imitate his look. I’ve never understood the appeal of going unshaven as a look. I shave daily unless sick or injured to where I cannot.

I just look like an old guy who needs a shave.

It took two years of wearing a mask to get my Pandemic Whiskers to an appreciable and groomable, density. Now, the curating still needs some work.

I grew a Covid beard, which became a Delta beard, then an Omicron beard, then I just kept it. Plus, it offered extra protection by filling in the weak coverage of the mask.
