@Number Three , Today’s strip Is funny, the way our HERO mr Andrew Capp compares Flo’s burnt offerings to jungle yucky stuff, my avatar today is a spoof about some men percieve themselves to be as handsome as Brad Pitt, while they look as goofy as Mr Bean, this happens to me when I look at a mirror and see an 79 year ol man looking at me ;o) how was your day ? our Finally Friday should be quite calm ,we both are in a good mood and with no shopping to do or errands to run we are staying inside the house and keep hydrated till this evening when I will have my fav nosh, keep safe and thanks for caring young lady
Wow, is this one dated? I guess that’s why we still read this strip. Personally, I am the first one to defer to another’s recipe when I cannot replicate it, and crow to the sunrise when I knock it into the corner pocket.
Maybe I missed it before, but is this the first time we’ve seen a television in Jack’s? That’s a shame, I think, because it’s changed the social nature of the pubs.
CBS 60 Minutes was airing an interview with the woman who owns what is perhaps the oldest old country pub in Britain. She was born in the pub and now is the last of multiple generations who have owned it. While discussing the traditional nature of British pubs the interviewer asked if she would ever put in a television. “No, never” she replied, “I don’t even own a mobile [phone]!”
I wonder if Flo took cooking lessons from my mother. Not a pot in our house had less than a quarter of an inch of built up calcium in the bottom where my mother burnt water
At least Andy doesn’t have to worry about having the whip withdrawn (i. e. his party membership suspended) like what happened to Tory MP Matt Hancock when he appeared on that show.
My guy friend told me earlier that he has left his girlfriend. I was at his house a couple of weeks ago and I think it definitely happened before then. One of the signs was that his relationship status had gone from his profile. As much as I hate to say it, I sensed it. But I’d have given anything to be wrong. I don’t know the in’s and out’s of what happened. I’ll leave that for him to tell me if he wants to. I know she’s in pain though because she put a Facebook post on that said “Feeling heartbroken” and nothing else. This was a few weeks ago as well.
I would like to wish you, Connie and the rest of your “clan” a very Happy New Year. As you know, I won’t be commenting at the weekend. I hope 2023 brings you everything you could ever want. That goes to all the Cappers as well. I love you all.
Oh, I’ve just checked my phone notifications and saw the blue PayPal logo. I’ve been paid my £5. Whoop! The notification is not from the PayPal app though. It’s on the email header.
Stay safe, stay well, stay warm and stay happy, pal. See ya in 2023!

and guess what Andy, unlike Flo’s cooking, insects are rich in protein! In fact, if you can only find a good beer supply, you’ll be there for eternity

That is the reason why Andy drinks so much, he has to get his calories somewhere

Why would she parade her lousy cooking about town for everyone to see? And WHY is she surprised Andy is at the Pub and not home?

Hey, Affie.
I watched this series of Mr Bean yesterday. It is legendary! He really is a savage. I love it.
