Yesterday his pants were the same red as the jacket.

If it doesn’t move and you want it to, use WD-40.It it moves and you don’t want it to, use Duct Tape.

I wonder what Monty will do when he realizes that the shower water will start to shrink his coat material.

WD-40 was formulated to be a water displacement product (that’s what the WD stands for), not as a lubricant. It’s actually not a very good lubricant. But it might work well enough to get Monty out of his jam.

Just pull it off like a sweatshirt

If the problem is that the pull tab is gone, hook a paper clip into the loop that’s left on the slider.
