It’s hard to turn down a request from Louie.

Sad puppy eyes win everytime!

Yeah but Scratch had the big sharp claws and Nate had the big, huge shark pummeling fists!

In the second panel, I love the way Louie, with his paw raised, is looking at Chip. You can almost feel his deep desire for snow. It’s a sweet moment.

How come Scratch gets a vote but the talking dog in the green shirt and hat that reads newspapers doesn’t get a vote?

Has anyone seen the ads to adopt dogs on tv? Wife cries, they are so pitiful, lonely and sad. Oh, if only we could take them all.

My dog loves to play in the snow. My snow shoveling days are over, so I don’t mind it so much.

I vote for snow.

It’s after New Year’s day. Snow is now only allowed to fall on ski hills and toboggan slides. I have spoken. (Can you tell I’m not a fan of winter?)

Dr. Bellows once thought that Major Nelson was making it snow, but only on HIM.

It’s meta enough that Chip himself has an office/studio aboard Revenge and interacts with characters of his own creation, but to be swayed by the big sad eyes of his own drawing, that’s another level…
