have you tried terry’s chocolate? they are not chocolate covered oranges, but orange shaped with flavoring. so good

Never heard of them but will look it up. The orange zest they put into chocolate makes it fine. :-)

Looks like we’ve all picked up Chesney’s malady. Snow Sez world peace wisdom again today, but will he include Grandma Sourpuss?

I am also confectious, but I’m out of leftover Christmas treats. I guess I’ll have to bake something. Hmmm….shortbread or chocolate cake?

I’m still suffering from holiday confectiousness. The Christmas cookies are almost gone, but I got so many boxes of chocolates, I haven’t even opened one Godiva and one Lindor.

I’ll have to get to “work” on those.

My 2 new 6 mo. old kittens are already fully integrated into the household. No problems with my Oliver or Tyler (age 12). Kittens discovered by themselves the ‘big cat’ litter boxes in the basement and had stopped using the one in the master bedroom. (It’s now in the basement). I had moved their food dishes down to the 1st floor 3 days ago and, once again, seamless transition. 2nd day in a row all 4 kitties ate together in ‘the kitty room’ side by side. The goings on during this discovery period is amusing. They show interest going up to the 3rd floor apartment but, not yet. My daughter begins a visit 1/11 and unless she invites them up, I will wait until she leaves. They do get into everything.

Oh, ow, groan! Bad pun. BAD bad pun! Bad pun, no cookies. (Ahem)

What a hoot!! Seems like Oliver would say this, so it’s even better that she gave the line to Chesney!

Very funny and very clever. I think Annie’s puzzled expression really sells it. I think we’ve all gone through what Chesney’s going through at the end of the holiday season. (Worth it.) On another note, saw three chickadees, a wren, and four golden crowned kinglets while out walking today.
