You know with some strips you wonder why two people hang out. For instance over on big nate it’s baffling why Francis and Nate are still friends when Francis constantly insults him, even when he hasn’t done anything for a chance, and seems to think nothing of him.

Here? It’s clear while Spud and Wallace are opposities, with Spud being a homebody and Wallace being a ball of energy and skittles, the two are just the same kind of weird and still genuinely love each other. Their best friends in a way that feels real: their far from the same person as you can get, but they just click.

This is so good!
