When I was in my early- to mid-20s I would often be awake for twenty-four to forty-eight hours, sleep 8 to 8-1/2 hours, and do it again. Now I rarely make it through the day without a 1-1/2 to 2 hour nap in addition to my 8 to 9 hours of sleep at night.
