If you are going to have the paparazzi following you no matter what you do… If privacy doesn’t exist for you… might as well take control of the narrative.
I posted this elsewhere: Oddly enough, I think this is a good thing. The English monarchy has coasted on a lot of goodwill towards Queen Elizabeth, covering up the genuine awfulness of the royals, ranging from their open racism (it way predates Meghan), to their sucking up to the tabloids (including Murdoch’s media empire) to keep their position of privilege, to their covering up numerous sins and crimes – and, indeed, covering up that the Queen was significantly more influential than we were told.
If nothing else, it shows how utterly dysfunctional this kind of set up is, for its beneficiaries as much as for those on the outs.
It’s way past time for the Royals to start paying taxes on their massive estates (e.g., these, which are owned by the royals themselves, not the nation: https://www.heritagedaily.com/2020/11/the-private-estates-of-the-royal-family/136185),
and quit getting their £100 million subsidy… https://news.yahoo.com/uk-pay-27-3-million-151025983.html
And making a pot full of money by having a ghostwriter air some dirty laundry had nothing to do with it. I think the proper english description is.. twit!
If the public would just totally ignore these two, not buy their books, not watch any media they are in, they would just wither on the vine and blow away.
Harry’s book has become the fastest non-fiction best seller to date. Which tells me that there are more people interested in this than not. If Harry got his way with the Royal Family without exposing them, would Harry be “Happy and Content” even tho’ he knew this all along? Word has it, that Meghan is considering a book deal herself. “Just follow the Royal Brick Road.”

But why waste time on another irrelevant cartoon on an irrelevant topic? Who really cares about British royals?

More to it than just four panels, but Ted nailed it.

A pursual of British History of the Royal Family would tell people anything you tried to expose in that book, most likely.

Don’t worry about Harry and his lovely family. He has made an incredible “SPARE” out of a 7-10 split!

After looking at a picture of the Royal Family, I began to suspect part of Harry’s problem with the rest of the family.

I’m a huge supporter of the monarchy. But not so much the people in it right now.
