I was wrong this is the one from the year AFTER the first episode of Magical Weather Spells and the Toilet. The one I love has all 4 panels devoted to the spell casting and Alice’s Mother’s voice from down the Hall telling her to Stop Casting Spells and go to bed." Ice cube, in the pot. Gee I hope it snows a lot! Pull the handle, down it goes. May it bring us piles of snows! Harken to me bathroomplumbing! Let there be a snowstorm coming!
