I’m really tired of this nonexistent “egg joke”. In my neighborhood, there’s never been a shortage, and the cost has not changed from $2 a dozen for years.
Prices are down some places. The big box store that shall go unnamed had them at a rather reasonable $2.39 a dozen. The high end grocery store was $4.89, more than a gallon of milk at the big place.
