So, the spy balloon was actually a weather balloon sent out by Northside Lagoon. They sure got the Kapupu Lagoon residents all riled up for nothing.

This whole balloon fiasco has been blown way out of proportion.

They aren’t really spying. The North Lagoon is streaming the video of Kapapu Lagoon. It’s their hottest export. Up for Best Comedy.
