Peter: “You’ll do anything for fish & chips, won’t you?”

Come starfish or high water.

In the first panels he looks like a surfer on board a boat out catching a wave. Literally.

He’s been looking at too many Hokusai prints.

I don’t know…seems kind of fishy to me!

Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night…

If you believe that the purpose of fishing is to catch fish, I submit that you are missing the point.

many years back we were on Nova Scotia south shore on a satellite station project and went inshore fishing which consists of a hand jigging line on the back of a Cape Island boat. That day there were 30’ swells, nice and gentle. One moment you are on the top of a water mountain and can see for miles. The next in a water ditch. I’m a flatlander for a reason

I don’t know but I think Mastroianni has lost his sense of humor.

Where’s the surfer, those are surfing waves. Yip yip yip yip yip

Peter was a fisherman after all..

A bottom feeder of the deep? Did we blow up and ruin another formerly populated atoll?

I remember fly fishing in a mountain pond, in Maine, and it was pretty darn cold for July …… a snow squall came through with wind and white caps (not like these) but it was the best fishing I’d ever had ….. :)

And unlike many, you actually caught something…..
