Why did the chargers release Delray if he is the best equipment manager in the NFL?

The five Brothers are not employees! They are Owners!

If Delray was going to be an executive or a coach I could sort of see the objection, but nobody cares who the equipment manager is.

They shouldn’t worry about nepotism, just as long as they keep it in the family.

This is not going to end well for someone…

Dana should be more supportive of Delray.

Seems to me, it would only be a problem if other qualified people were passed up to give Delray the job.

Like I’ve been saying, it’s way too late for any of these people to care about nepotism.

Make it an unpaid position or give him stock options or….. I don’t know but there is no reason to cut off your nose to spite your face.

Was he really the best equipment manager in the NFL? Marcus’ opinion, or scientifical fact?
