So true, so true. A doc herd with 4 offices and over a dozen docs using a single answering system. I diagnose resignation first, aggravations second, and anger third Fourth might be a change of venue.
Save yourself some time and just unplug it. And if you’re feelin’ lucky plug it back in to see what happens. That’s first thing they are gonna tell you to do.
With “AI” taking over customer service, it is impossible to speak to a human customer service agent. It used to be with Amazon, you could go to “help”, click on “need more help” and click on the link for the agent to call you back. Amazon got rid of that service. When I finally got a human agent, he said a lot of complaints have come in regarding the change and Amazon is considering making customer service more user friendly (not holding my breath). I refuse to deal with a “Non Human” and will take my business elsewhere.
I remember a help line that said you could call 24 hours a day, 7 weeks. However, for some reason after me calling it for just 17 hours, they asked me to stop.

Even better is when they offer a call back, and call back and place you on hold.

Can’t stand the automated systems which try to “help” but typically give the wrong choices for your issue and you can’t get to a human being.
