Of course not. She’ll wait until you’re on the bed and almost asleep to give you a chore.

If you have trouble sleeping, you can always count household chores.

“If a man wants to do next, he just needs to sit down where his wife can see him.”

She’ll come up with one when you least expect it, Earl!

There’s always something to be done with a house.

She might “do a Columbo” — She’d let him almost leave the room and then say, “Oh, Earl, there is one last thing …”

Opal will wait til he is comfortale on the couch, then she will say “Weren’t you going to…..”

Funny. This one made me laugh.

Hard to believe there’s NOTHING to do.!!

That’s a ‘no-challenge’ form of depression, i.e., if there’s nothing to deny, there’s nothing to feel guilty about.

Yeah, there’s no fun being lazy unless you should be doing something else.

The nap involves you going through the steps of completing the task.

Don’t take no for an answer, Earl! Tell her you WILL clean under that frig when you get up… sometimes… maybe…

Opal will get him good when he least expects it…LOL

Well, the basement floor drain backed up, so mop up the god-awful mess.

Careful. She is wanting you to beg.

We know that is not true, you rather take nap then work.

Just can’t get any respect.

Nothing like a 30/40 minute nap on a Saturday afternoon.
