As with most wishes, it didn’t.

Now that’s a practical wish but as unlikely to be fulfilled as most others.

I thought it would be a dowser or a sling shot. What is it?

In addition to wishing he’s doesn’t get killed, he should have also wished he doesn’t get hurt. Otherwise, he could survive the fall and yet be so horribly crippled for life that he’d end up wishing he were dead.

I would have written the snake’s dialog as “why not?”

“Y”?

“AAAA, C”?

“K, ZZZZ…”

With every wishbone I break, Every new day I face, ooh

So since May starts tomorrow, how many days will we still be looking at the April 30 comic until someone catches us up?

Notice he said “gets to make a wish,” not “gets his wish granted.”

It could have been worse. You could have gotten the short end.

Who is this character? I’m guessing he didn’t survive the fall.
