our cat will come up on the bed and start grooming my husbands hair, which puts his butt right in my face so he gets kicked off the bed. He also hates loud noises, like storms, vacuums, doorbells and such.
We could tell if a tornado warning was coming. Our cat would simply go into the bathroom and sit. She waited for us to join her. We knew the all clear was coming when she’d leave again. It was one of her superpowers.
Yup. Our clowder sleep whenever and wherever they want. Sometimes as a group, sometimes as small groups, sometimes individually. Sometimes all on my face last night like Luddie is on Arlo now.

I’ve never had that problem with our cats. I toss a turn too much.

The sudden high decibel playing of a recording of a maniacal, deranged barking German Sheppard should earn you a few nights of uninterrupted sleep.

Some of Jimmy’s greatest work is his cat cartoons. I bet George Herriman would agree.

Ludwig, you don’t need to sleep on Arlo’s face. You can nap on his bladder.

It was around 6am, I woke up with a heavy pressure on my chest. I thought I was having a heart attack.
No, it was the 16# cat.

Everyone has heard of flying squirrels, this would have been the flying cat if it crawled on my face……

Arlo, be thankful it’s just the cat’s belly on your face.

A friend said that when her cat slept draped over her head (purring) she dreamed of motorcycles.
