The funny thing is a lot of managers are using the water cooler meeting as an excuse why people should be in office, I suspect though they are the ones who complain about wasting time talking to others
Pitch clock. Bah! Humbug! Yankees telecast first few games with the pitch clock showing in the pitchers mile per hour spot. They stopped using it . Anyone noticed there’s no pitch clock on commercials.
I gave up on baseball once all this new rules came out. I really want to see new rules in golf, lets bring that down to a 162 minute game. That would give every player 9 minutes per hole, lets see Tiger run through that course and what his total will be. Think the only winner will be Happy Gilmore
I saw a game, in spring training, where a batter was called out and he didn’t even know why. That was the last game I watched at. Let’s bring back Casey Stengel kicking dirt on an umpire’s shoes.
We had no need for a pitch clock for the water cooler as we had no water cooler. We counted ourselves lucky to have a restroom. And that was only there for the customers.
I’m sure movie producers have been using “pitch clocks” for years. Nobody wants to spend more than five minutes listening to someone pitch their idea about two sock puppets who become online influencers.
It’s still against the rules. Besides, at times, a lot of company business does get done at the water trough or coffee machine. Penny wise, dollar foolish ….

Same conversations here in Italy, only that my colleagues were talking about soccer in front of the coffee vendor machine.

Is Veeblefester looking at us? Nah.

Veeblefester could remove the water cooler and replace it with a vending machine.

I wonder how the food vendors at the ballpark feel about the pitch clock making the game shorter? Less time fewer sales.

Surprised the old Fester even has a watercooler. Let em pack it from home.

So would a pitch clock be like a tick tock clock but instead of going tick tock, it sounds like pitch tock, pitch tock?

I take it they spend a little too much time there… wait, what’s a pitch clock? :\

I like most of the new rules. It’s a shame they had to implement rules to fix problems that were self created. NERDS (Almost) ruined Baseball!

That water cooler is the one thing that will never get stolen at The Veeblefester Tea Cozy Company.

Rancid’s wheels are turning. I love the new clock! I just wish a certain Guardians’ pitcher whose initials are JK would chill about it.

If Bossman wants the staff to return to their offices, he just needs to join them. They will disperse.

I am flabbergasted that Veeblefester would provide free water for his employees.

I’m surprised Veeblefester hasn’t put a $0.15 meter on the watercooler. Then he could really nickle and dime his employees.
