Do steers react as angrily to waving capes as bulls do? The ones in the pasture I pass regularly always seem very chill. As a quick web search did not give me an answer I suppose I will never know, as I have no intention of figuring it out on my own!

Bulls are color-blind. They react to movement. So she is fine as long as there is no wind.
