“Brother” suggests that they grew up together. They did not. I don’t think she met any of Clarence’s brothers (besides Marcus) until her mother married Clarence’s dad. And that didn’t happen until she was a mother of four.

Hell, I think Jojo was a toddler when she first met Clarence.

You gotta chose between a step-brother and your husband… Or confess to Joe that Clarence has paid her off to tell the fire department what the police department has on their truck.

Joe, do your own market research— go buy an ice cream. Undercover of course.

Why doesn’t Joe go to the fire stations ice cream truck and using his own insincere praise, spot out the competition? Who knows, he might find some ideas.

Okay. Somewhere along the line I lost track of what the ice cream truck was for. Are they selling the ice cream or giving it away? If it was just to promote good PR for the police, why would the fire department need a truck when most people already have a positive image of firemen?

Marcy and Sam were both adults when their parents married each other. I would certainly not think of him as my brother in that situation. It is always jarring when Marcy refers to Clayton’s sons as her “brothers”.

Relax Joe… We ALL scream for IceCream!

It’s unfair to force her to choose one side. Even if ice-cream are very important.
