There are almost no actual Communists, Scott, and NONE in any position of authority.

Fascism ACTUALLY seems to be rearing its ugly head, though.

I’ve actually known some actual Communists. They can’t STAND Democrats OR Republicans. They do sound a lot like “conservatives” on the subject of guns, though.

I salute all workers today on International Workers Day.

The right claims to be speaking for the regular guy, the average worker. Historically, what evidence is there that they supported anything that made the workers’ lives any easier? They seem to want the “work” minus the responsibility to the worker. There also seems to be a growing trend that is dismissive of the dignity of work. I think the two are closely related.
