You know what, Stan, if you want me to wear 37 pieces of flair, like your pretty boy over there, Brian, why don’t you just make the minimum 37 pieces of flair?
I have to admit, that this is one of my remaining prejudices. I get a negative feeling when I first see a person who is heavily tattooed or pierced. There is absolutely NO logic for this. I’ve never even had a negative experience with anyone who fits the description. I have to make a conscious effort to accept the person’s appearance – that’s MY problem.
Also, I don’t personally know anyone who fits the description. I do know people who have tattoos or piercings but they few and “discrete.” So maybe that’s my issue. I’ve overcome other prejudices by getting to know people. I’ve just not made acquaintances with people who are “well decorated.”
I’ve never understood “body art” (tattoos, piercings, etc.)…..but whatever makes your boat float is fine with me; all this stuff stuck on our fridge is really interestingly annoying though!
I made the mistake of buying a black fridge. It made the corner of my kitchen look like a black hole. So I cover it in seasonal magnets. Some of them were designed to be garage door magnets. I have about 3 dozen butterflies and 3 dozen flowers. Some of the flowers are in flower pots and stand 6-8 inches tall. The word “Spring” is spelled out in 8-10 inch letters. I change the magnets out to match the seasons. So my fridge magnets might be considered temporary tattoos.

I hate that on a fridge, it makes the kitchen look junky. I always tried to keep my notes tidily on a bulletin boards.
No, not OCD, just like a clean space.

Fortunately, it’s all done with magnets. He can easily remove them next month when he realizes how puerile it looks. :)
He’s cool because he’s a refrigerator, not because of his decorations.

When you’re done with the fridge, you can start working on the car bumper.

I enjoy my tattoos a lot more than I do people who complain about how much they dislike other people’s body art.
