Seagull speaks again, so soon. Or at least, we get to understand his gull speech. Or his thoughts. I’ve never been sure which!

Whoooaaaahhhhhhh, indeed! Best motivational speech ever.

Snailed it…

Actually is a college baseball team in the US called the U California Santa Cruz Banana Slugs! Pretty close!

There can be no possible way that there is a worse baseball team name than this. . .

The team is too stunned to cheer. Great speech Wallace. Poor timing, Dad.

Seagull: “What?”

Wallace has a future as a motivational speaker.

I love the dramatic progression of Wallaces expressions.

They eat wildcats. Plural. Those are some tough as nails snails.

Yup! Wallace was definitely the right choice for that task.

Seagull was afraid for his life in the next to last panel. Glad he won’t be fodder for nuclear snails.

Impromptu creativity that succeeds is a sign of genius, of which I have no doubt that he is…..

Is there any question what Wallace is going to be when he grows up? Don’t know what kind he will be, but that kid is definitely going to be a writer. I can see him being the artist behind a whole new comics range. Creating the characters who become the solid base for a new generation.

For snails, they’re pretty quick on the uptake.

He nailed it! lol

You can see the ferocity in the slug’s stalk eyes as they target and advance up the stem to inflict horrors on the perfect defenseless tomato. He is going to have one of those garden pans of beer after he’s done eating.

Kudos to Wallace: That motivational speech was creative!
