South Korea’s program is basically a stipend available for people aged 19-39 living in a state of self-imposed isolation, who are making below the median national income. They don’t seem to need to reenter society to get the money, but a lot of them will probably be a lot more likely to, since better financial security/independence would help with a lot of the most common reasons for people to shut themselves in.
Maybe they should stop selling their unwanted and unloved children to the orphanages who in turn sell them to dumb Americans or to become sex workers; but hay we are because of overturning roe vs wade, doomed to our own unwanted and unloved children who will experience the same process who is profiting

I have been next to people who had really good sweat smell but only a couple of times. Chalked it up to compatible pheromones. Delicious experience.
