Not so fun thinking about it! Button batteries (that his watch must contain) are one of the most dangerous things to swallow and can easily kill or cause irreversible damages.
I hope he doesn’t come home with 20 2 inch staples holding his tummy together like my kitten did when he swallowed some grass many years ago. They couldn’t tell from the x-ray what it was that he was choking on, so they cut him from throat to tail to get a strand of grass out.
