Yeah, the few times my brother and I started that sort of nonsense in the car, one of my parents would direct us to stop. If we did not cease and desist, then that failure to comply was dealt with rapidly and our butts stung for a while.

My parents never threatened that. They just pulled over, got us out of the car and whacked our butts on the side of the street/road. No ‘Karens’ back then to report them for child abuse.

Poor Darryl – did you get stuck with the duty of driving them to day camp?

When Darryl’s pupils disappear, that’s when you know he’s ready to unleash his true power.

Next time I go for ice cream, you kids are staying home!

Ahh..that’s just for motorcycles.

Or you could just stop the car and make them get out. Oh wait DCPS would not approve.

Cop… “Do you know why I pulled you over?” Me… “No officer.” Cop… “You made an illegal U Turn”. Me… "Well I wanted to go straight but I looked up and the sign said… “NO! YOU TURN!” so I did."

For peace and happiness, you are supposed to keep one in the trunk.

And one strapped to the roof.

In the days before child safety restraints, you could just slam on the brakes and send them flying face first into the seatback in front of them.
