When you have the chance, blame the cat.

Purple cats certainly are.

Yes. Yes they are. Yet, sooooo adorable.

Dang, and didn’t even have a cell phone.

Reminds me of the Andy Capp toon where he and Flo are walking along and he steps into an open manhole. Flo’s reaction was to put the cover back on

Wait until one REALLY tries to knock you down.

My black cat could beat up Poncho with one paw.

We used to have a feral cat who hung out in our yard sometimes. He was a tiny little thing, maybe six pounds, all black and missing one eye. Saw him take down a mourning dove in flight, then eat the entire thing, feathers and all. It was impressive! And he enjoyed teasing our neighbor’s dog, who would come unglued like he was having a fit. That was the toughest cat I have ever met.

Kind of like all Illinois and California politicians. Everytime I see a new one I know that taxes are going up along with crime.

A I recall, the original meaning of “crossing your path” was crossing over where you had already walked, not in front of you.

The punchline is likely the truth. For dogs anyway.

Apparently the man forgot to put up a warning sign for the open manhole.
