At this point I’m just assuming Joel is always fall-down drunk and that’s why he’s unable to pronounce any word with more than two syllables. Because seriously, “hospital” is not an unusual or difficult word by any means.

Wooster, Ohio, is the county seat of Wayne County. It has an industrial zone, two colleges, at least two shopping malls, and it is home to America’s top light-opera companies. But it is also smack in the middle of Ohio’s Amish country, so (to get to my actual point), the local hospital has a separate section for horse-and-buggy parking.
