I still don’t understand the pitch clock. They cannot shorten the game because they still need the same amount of commercials. Does it give them more time for commercials. Don’t get mad. Just asking

And how about video challenges of umpires’ calls? Yeah, that really speeds up the game.

I like the replay videos for accuracy and honesty. Makes the game pure.

Stopped watching the ‘national sport’ when players were paid more than the US president. Then ‘delays’ consisted of batters taking time to knock dirt off their metal cleats and changing sides of the plate to throw off the pitchers. Now the rules are so finicky, I guess they’ll ban managers from chewing whatever and spitting seeds or pits.

It lost its appeal as a National pastime when they started hiring aliens. I mean foreigners.

They aren’t getting as much offense as they’d hoped though. Maybe they can tie the fielder’s shoe laces together next.

The pitch clock is not the answer because there is to many pitches period as too many foul balls after strike 2 its like a broken record foul and away he got a piece of it over and over and over then it like the equilvent of strike 4-5-6-7-8-9-10 and I start swarming a blue steak most of the foul balls are not even close the bounce off the top of the bat and keep on going to the back stop there needs to be a tighter limit on the foul ballz any foul ball that reaches the back stop should be strike 3 and the pitch clock will not do a darn thing to reduce the need for so many pitchers needing Tommy John surgery there is too many pitches period!

Going to a baseball game is great. You have a outing and an inning at the same time.

Never got the “speed up baseball” thing. If you REALLY want to speed up baseball, cut four innings.

I don’t like baseball or the 5 months of summer in FL. July is my least favorite month.

I feel as if knuckleball and spitball could have been worked into the language.

The first is a legal pitch the second is not.

And could you dust off the plate before you put the sliders on it.
