Normal Holiday newsletter?

I don’t think you ever had a fighting chance, Mom. Besides, the more bizarre the Holiday newsletter, the better.Good morning, Aaron – I hope you had a fantastic birthday! Good morning, Susan!Hello to GsMom, Billy, KFG, gmforde, rgcviper, lindz.coop, hendelca, Mona, serenasakitty, kittycatpawsare and all the other Cathy nuts rolling around here today!It’s going to be a busy day for me, so not sure when I’ll check in next. Other than a full schedule with kids, now my husband is home from his business trip and he has the flu so I have a third to take care of. And my neighbor, who has both sets of parents nearby to help her, has asked me to take her daughter to a birthday party this afternoon. Really?? I feel like a single parent some days, and you have family living nearby! But they let us cut through their yard every day, so I feel obligated to say yes. Sigh… “See” you all later!p.s. We need to solve the KFG mystery. This is bothering me.

Just now back from breakfast (yesterday’s, plus a light lunch, a light dinner, The Lion King on Broadway (NICE!!), dessert, and this morning’s). Now we’re heading for NH. Our Mom and Dad and different than Cathy’s. Mom also doesn’t do a holiday newsletter, normal or otherwise.

Thank you thank you for all of those wonderful birfday greetings yesterday. Mom! we just loved the Cathy cake. We even saved a slice for you. It’s a section of her head which we made into an eye roll. :-D

A “normal” holiday newsletter in that family? I’m with Susan here. There’s nothing “normal” going on in this strip. lol

Yep—I’m with you, guys. Normal? In Cathy’s world? Psh … like that’ll happen. :P

Normal is overrated, anyways.

Geez, Mom. Not everything has to be put in the family’s Christmas newsletter you know! And given how abnormal you all seem to me most of the time, what your definition of “normal” is seems kind of scary to me just sitting here thinking about it!

Good Saturday afternoon, Aaron, Dr. Billy, lightenup, K.F.G. (wherever you are!), Susan, rgcviper, Mona, gmforde, serenasakitty, kittycatpawsare, hendelca, lindz.coop, soonergal and all the REST of the “Cathy” nuts hanging out with us here today. Good to “see” you all and hope you’re having a really great weekend so far!
