ergghh – Hershey bars. In the UK we can’t understand how you can possibly like those things. They are disgusting. People at work bring goodies into the office from the countries they visit. They usually disappear rather quickly. Hershey bars from the US just stay there. You get the odd person that tries it for the first time and either never goes back for a second or even spits it out. People have learned now, and don’t bother bringing them back.If you come to the UK, try our good chocolates here. It would be interesting to see if you don’t like them – different tastes and all that.
I never buy anything within reach of a child at the checkout stand. They have very likely been grasped, sucked, drooled and otherwise “slimed” by unsupervised infants. :(
