After a binge, the hangover. TV channel says free with ads. Ads once about 20 seconds. Now running to 190+ seconds with 2 or more per hour. Gotta appreciate that because, thanks to the add, I am slowly but surely watching fewer programs, movies, series.
Start the program, hit pause, count the ad dots on the time line, drop program if more the 3. Watch film, first ad over 30 seconds, drop the program.
Yes it does reduce the choices, but it also reduces the irritation. Result: peace and quiet.

After all, it takes a lot of work to figure out what to binge watch next.

It is only a hobby when you sleep through it.

I’d allow it.

That’s a thing? I barely watch TV. I can’t imagine what it must be like to watch it for hours on end.

My TV is on all day, but only as background noise.
