The government’s hostility to businesses are making fatal shots on our retirement investments.

“OK, maybe sinking half our funds into Twitter wasn’t such a good idea. But we have it covered, since I invested the other half in cryptocurrency!”

Gotta admit, though, today’s offering was by ’Shaft standards legit amusing. Thumbs up.

They likely had a sizable stake in SVB.

“I bought an expensive diamond and then I took a picture of it with my phone and then I smashed the diamond with a hammer. Now, all I have to do is sell the NiFTy pic and we’re in the money” (a real thing).

“I’m not sure that investing in ’Lisa’s Story’ was such a good idea”.

I’m in agreement with Ralph. Not only is Ed right about their investment club, it could apply to who knows how many others.

Featuring Ed Crankshaft, not comic books, led to a decently funny strip. Who would have thought? The readers who kept asking, “Where’s Crankshaft” apparently.

Will we receive an entire story arc featuring Ed Crankshaft this time, or will it be another week of standalone strips?

Obviously, they didn’t invest in the mailbox manufacturing industry.
