Saw a news article where a golf ball popped back out of the hole during a tournament. Don’t remember how that was handled, but the course was being criticized for having shallow holes:-)

So, there’s a “rule” that the “bag” has to stay in the hole for some length of time? I’ve never heard that. All you need do is get the bag in the hole.

“Check me if I’m wrong Sandy, but if I kill all the golfers, they’re gonna lock me up and throw away the key…”

“Gophers, ya great git! Not golfers! The little brown furry rodents!”

Moondog is just being mean. We all saw Monty’s successful shot.

The points are still valid. Fleshy is just acting like the ball return in bowling. If you knock down all the pins, you get a strike and the ball returns. They don’t take away the points when that happens.

Break out the giant mallet, Monty. Time to play ‘Wack-a-cat!’

No, No, it definitely went in the hole and now Fleshy is returning it for the next play….

Takes me back to that ugly, unfortunate incident when my neighbor asked if my boy wanted to play cornhole with him and his son and I had no idea it was a game with bean bags…

Cornhole at least I understand and am familiar with; this isn’t what Monty was calling “spike ball” yesterday, is it?

Should have noticed that Fleshy was napping right under the target hole and not disturbed him! He might have retaliation in mind….

If anything, that’s 6 points… it went through the hole twice.
