I liked the awkwardness of the blank frame in the middle with no text. The punchline and setup being in one frame just portray an awkward pause in conversation so well. A real good job from Jim.

For some reason today’s strip sounds dirty.

I know an old lady who swallowed a fly… I dunno why she swallowed the fly… I think she’ll die.

To the people commenting on the spider having only six legs, the spiders actually did used to be drawn correctly with eight legs, but now they’re not.
