Sir Terry Pratchett once wrote that being a witch meant you knew when you were going to die and then one could make sure all your business was taken care of before one left.
They make him out to be dark and dreary, and someone to fear. I view him as a friend like Robert Redford in the early Twilight Zone who will visit me at my right time……
My mom is 97(and a half she says) and still sharp as a tack..amazing..see her 3/4 times a week to watch Yankee baseball..she doesn’t miss a game..lol.. She wonders why and we talk about why but really who knows why….but the stories she tells wow..the grandkids are amazed..
My Aunt, my mother-in-law, and a co-worker, all expressed the same sentiment: I’m tired, I want to go, everybody is okay, my help is no longer needed!!
