This reminds me of my niece.
I never asked my teenage daughter why I kept finding our picnic table beneath her bedroom window. I really didn’t want to know.
So, anyone here who reads The Teenage Years spinoff? Does this lie indeed impact Miles in the future?
Fess up Miles, No one uses the word ‘square’ in that way anymore mom
70’s/80’s retro lingo! ……. Square “L7” Cool C-Moon " () "
“It’s not my fault!”
“Because you keep going into my room, DUH!”
“…You realize I’m going in there to get your dirty laundry and put your clean laundry away, right?”
“…SENTIENT TERMITES!”
I kinda feel like lying in a digital age is pointless. Everything is recorded somewhere, and all of them are accessible by someone. So why even bother?
Or whatever they call what your mom called a ‘square’ back in the day, when you’re that age.
