This is very nice. We won’t see the likes of Tony again.

A powerful voice and a great song stylist. The last of the great ones.

I don’t see it as sad. He was 96 and had a good life. He was probably ready.

He left his heart in San Francisco. I left my appendix in Scranton.

Sad to see him leave. However, his music will live forever.

Fortunate to have attended one of his concerts about 10-years ago. Incredible voice and had great interaction with the crowd.

I remember when he appeared on Sesame Street. Slimey (the worm) was traveling into space, and Bennett sang “Slimey to the Moon”.

Back when performers still sang on stage. Now you pay a fortune to go and listen to a recording and watch people jump around.

This SF born and raised boy has a favourite sing and a favourite video to go with that song. Believe it or not it’s a bank commercial. You have to be there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCMj2U3xj7s

When I first heard him sing I was six, I Left My Heart in San Francisco first aired in 1961. He transcended generations, I love all the duets he did, the two with Lady Gaga albums were unforgettable.

As we go on, the great crooners of the past are slowly going on to the other side. RIP Tony Bennett, we won’t see the likes of you again!
